- Dislicores has 24 points of operation nationwide from where its entire product portfolio is distributed, represented by more than 2,500 active SKUs.
- The operation handles more than 1,600 daily orders through its logistics network.
- The product portfolio includes wines, liquors, tequilas, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, food, accessories, among others. The portfolio combines local and imported products with a higher percentage of imports.
- Dislicores’ logistic challenges as a distribution company influence both, the planning of its supply chain and the logistics execution of it.
- In the execution of its supply chain, some of the main challenges are the response times, the traceability of the products and efficiency in the operation.
